The Silverstrange Sessions November 2020

Join me for a series of chilled chats with brilliant people over on Instagram Live as I bring back the Silverstrange Sessions.

Back in Lockdown Mark 1, I decided to do something to try and lift people’s spirits, so I arranged a series of informal lunchtime chats with pro cyclists, scientists, artists, activists and more.

Now the UK is back in lockdown (and because I enjoyed doing the sessions so much) I decided to bring them back - and I’m hoping everyone enjoys them as much as I do!

The Silverstrange Sessions will be taking place on Instagram Live At 1pm GMT via my account (@Silverstrange, hence the name) and the full line-up of guests is below:
